Most things I love best are about good light and good timing. That's where the adventures start. Don't be in no hurry here. Here you'll find a little bit about bluegrass music, fox hunting, life on the road, time on the mountain, and a whole lot about other things, too.
I'll be posting some of my thoughts and high points from last week's IBMA 2009 World of Bluegrass celebration held in Nashville, Tennessee.....need a little more rest first. Stay tuned for lots of words and photos, too.....

I've got traveling in my blood but whenever I'm in Wales I feel like I've come home...must be the ancestors calling me with those ancient tones. I was born in Binghamton, NY, and after living in Buffalo, New Hampshire, Baltimore, Alabama, Nashville, the Bahamas, Murfreesboro, and the Catskill Mountains (2nd only to Wales) I've settled for a life of traveling, observing, and documenting the lives of people whom I admire. Is there anything better than being on the Welsh moors seeing and hearing a pack of hounds in full cry?
